Apple announced that Apple Intelligence will launch in China with iOS 27.3. The features will first appear in a beta set for release on November 4.
The beta will include initial Apple Intelligence tools, but will not include the new Siri AI. A full release of iOS 27.3 is planned for December.
This marks Apple’s first major step in introducing its AI tools to the Chinese market, with the beta offering early access to selected users.
Why it matters
Chinese users will gain access to Apple’s AI tools, potentially shaping how they interact with iOS devices. The beta allows developers and users to test features before the full release.
