Corrections policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.

• Factual errors are corrected in the story, with a dated correction note at the end explaining what changed.
• Minor fixes such as spelling or formatting are made without a note.
• If a story cannot be supported after review, we remove it and publish a note explaining why.
