Privacy policy

This policy explains what Zespire Spark (https://spark.zespiretech.com) collects when you read it, and why.

What we collect today

• Standard server and content-delivery logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time), kept for security and reliability.
• If you create an account: your email address, a securely hashed password (held by Amazon Cognito), your premium membership status and your newsletter choices. Your sign-in session is stored in your browser.
• No account is needed to read most of the site, and we do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

When this changes

We plan to add audience measurement, advertising (for example Google AdSense) and further email features. Before we do, this page will be updated to name each provider, the cookies they use and your choices. Readers in the UK and European Economic Area will be asked for consent through a certified consent tool before any non-essential cookies are set. Newsletters are opt-in, sent through Amazon SES, and every email links to your account page to unsubscribe.
